128 sqm EA HDB flat in Punggol

 purchased the flat in December 2002 but never has a chance to stay.   After 8 years in USA, we are going to be back Singapore by September 2010!

This is the 2nd time for renovation.   We have confirm "Hwee Seng Carpentry Works" for kitchen and build in wardrobe.  He is the one who resurface MIL's kitchen cabinets.

Our renovation journey will start after the Fengshui sifu edit the house.  This time we planning to get another FSM who has positive reviews from renotalk forum.
